The Board of Directors of Mare Group S.p.A. has approved the consolidated financial statements and the draft statutory financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025, which will be subject to audit by Deloitte & Touche S.p.A. (\u201cDeloitte & Touche\u201d). These financial statements have been prepared for the first time in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), as well as the guidance for the 2026 financial year.<\/span><\/p>
