Sypla Full
The SYPLA FULL project has as its primary objective the technological development and pre-commercial industrialization of an integrated hardware-software platform for the predictive and prescriptive maintenance of railway infrastructure and rolling stock.
The initiative aims to overcome traditional cyclical and reactive maintenance models by introducing a data-driven approach based on advanced sensing technologies, artificial intelligence, embedded systems, and augmented reality interfaces, capable of improving the safety, reliability, service continuity, and operational sustainability of the railway system.
The objectives are:
- To industrialize the SYPLA platform.
- To optimize the SAX hardware modules.
- To integrate the RAIL, XR, Mobility, and SAT software components.
- To improve diagnostic accuracy and predictive capabilities.
- To ensure interoperability with existing railway systems.
- To support operators with advanced digital tools.
- To validate the system in real operational environments.
- To define a European certification roadmap.
- To structure the commercial valorization strategy.
