Mare Group acquires the remaining 49% of EasyGo, a vehicle established with Borgosesia and already 51% owned, thereby completing the acquisition of 100% of EMM Systems (“EMM”).
EMM Systems key figures:
- Production Value: €17.7 million
- EBITDA: €2.2 million
- NFP: Net cash of €1.2 million (as of 19/12/2025)
EMM develops digital platforms and systems for industrial processes, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector, with expertise in Artificial Intelligence and IoT.
Activities carried out in the first months of 2026 enabled Mare Group to identify immediately actionable synergies with EMM, in particular:
- enhancement of EMM’s expertise in digital supply chain management, traceability, and compliance within initiatives already overseen by the Group;
- strengthening of the Group’s presence in regulated and mission-critical environments;
- development of commercial opportunities through joint initiatives and cross-selling across the respective customer portfolios;
- short-term operational efficiencies through the alignment of processes and support functions.
The transaction contributes to the growth of Mare Group’s Italian High-Technology Engineering Hub.
