Two new research reports on Mare Group have been published by KT&Partners and Websim Corporate.
Both reports interpret the transactions completed in recent months (NIDO, GMSPAZIO, CTMAVIO, and the disposal of Workgroup) as part of the development of an integrated Aerospace & Defence value chain platform, spanning autonomous systems and sensing technologies, component manufacturing, as well as testing and certification.
KT&Partners, in its report titled “A&D Pivot”, reiterates its ADD recommendation and raises its fair value from €8.00 to €8.60 per share.
Websim Corporate, in its report titled “The UAV Value Chain Takes Shape”, reiterates its BUY recommendation and increases its target price from €7.50 to €8.40 per share.
Among the key highlights:
- KT&Partners raises its FY27 estimates to €119.9 million in Value of Production and €27.8 million in EBITDA, representing a 7% increase compared with its previous forecasts.
- Websim Corporate upgrades its 2027 estimates, forecasting Revenue +14%, Adjusted EBITDA +21%, EBIT +35%, and Net Profit +40% compared with its previous expectations.
