Merger of EasyGo and EMM into Mare Group

The Board of Directors has approved the joint merger plan for the incorporation of EasyGo and E.M.M. into Mare Group.

The transaction will streamline the governance structure and further leverage the operational, administrative and management synergies already developed following the acquisitions.

Mare Group’s growth model, focused on integration, continues to demonstrate its industrial rationale and creates new opportunities for further development.
