Acquisition of Rack Peruzzi completed

Mare Group has finalized the acquisition of 100% of Rack Peruzzi, a Piedmont-based company that has been active for over fifty years in the design and production of high-security precision systems for the protection of critical assets, particularly in the Aerospace & Defense sector.

Antonio Maria Zinno, CEO of Mare Group commented:
