Co-founder of CD Tax, specialized in tax law and experienced in corporate matters, she provides professional services across various business sectors related to extraordinary transactions and tax planning at both national and international levels. In particular, she handles the tax aspects of corporate acquisitions, business reorganizations, stock market listings, and real estate valuations. She has a solid understanding of national and international accounting principles (IAS-IFRS). She advises numerous listed and unlisted companies in both ordinary and extraordinary transactions, including providing support and assistance in tax audits, with significant experience in resolving disputes at both pre-litigation and out-of-court stages. She has extensive experience in supervisory activities, having held roles as a member of supervisory boards and compliance bodies under Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 for many years. She is or has been an independent director and a member of internal committees of a company listed on the Italian Stock Exchange.
