Mare Group acquires Rack Peruzzi and strengthens its Aerospace & Defense hub

Mare Group SpA has signed a binding agreement for the acquisition of 100% of Rack Peruzzi Srl, a Piedmontese company with 50 years of experience in the design and production of secure systems for the management of critical resources in the industrial and Aerospace & Defense sectors.

The operation allows the Group to enhance its production capacity and accelerate order fulfillment, strengthening its positioning in a strategic sector in strong growth. Rack Peruzzi, known for quality and reliability, will integrate its skills with those of its subsidiary Powerflex, creating a certified, integrated and highly specialized supply chain.
