Mare Group has received “Golden Power” clearance from the Presidency of the Council of Ministers for the acquisition of CTMAVIO, announced on 24 July.
Closing, initially expected in November, is now anticipated by the end of September: an acceleration that benefits integration and development in the UAV segment.
CTMAVIO brings Mare Group its own production capacity for components and structures for engines, aircraft and drones: metals and composite materials, surface treatments, assembly and quality control, with five plants in Italy. This complements the engineering, software and UAV systems already within the perimeter.
