€5.4 million contract awarded by Trenitalia

In a Trenitalia tender, the RTI led by Mare Group was awarded the North Lot, worth approximately 5.4 million euros.

The contract involves railway maintenance facilities in Lombardy, Veneto, and Piedmont, including surveys, structural investigations, diagnostic tests, and the design of retrofit interventions, all within the scope of infrastructure safety and seismic compliance. Activities are expected to begin by June 2026.

Maurizio Ciardi, a member of the Mare Group Board of Directors and former CEO of La SIA, stated: “Managing complex projects for clients of strategic national importance, such as Trenitalia, confirms the solidity of the model developed together with Mare Group and the industrial credibility with which the Group presents itself to the country’s major operators.”
