On January 21, 2020, the Consortium met Piaggio Aerospace for the closure of the Preliminary Design Review (PDR) process of the E-BRAKE project.
E-BRAKE is a research project that is part of the broader European research and development program CleanSky2, designed to initiate public-private partnerships between the European Commission and the European aviation industry in order to create innovative aircraft in terms of impact environment, therefore quieter aircraft, more efficient in consumption and in general more respectful of the environment during their entire life cycle.
On July 13, 2021, Piaggio Aerospace and the E-BRAKE Consortium met (remotely) to successfully address and complete the Critical Design Review (CDR) regarding the development of the electro-mechanical braking system for the Clean Sky 2 SAT program.
The SAIS project is funded under the European research and development program CleanSky2, it was realise to improve the collaboration of the European aviation industry, global leadership and competitiveness.
