Mare Group approves the merger plan of Rack Peruzzi

Mare Group has approved the merger plan of Rack Peruzzi Srl, a wholly owned subsidiary.

The transaction continues the process of corporate integration and reorganization, aiming to simplify the governance structure and improve the coordination of operational, administrative, and management activities.
