Eles Tender Offer: court of Perugia revokes interim order

By order dated 13 July 2026, the Court of Perugia, Business Division, declared the interim proceedings initiated by Ebidco S.r.l. to have become devoid of purpose and revoked the interim order issued on 27 February 2026.

The Court also found that the legal requirements for granting the requested interim relief were not met and ordered Ebidco to reimburse Mare Group for the legal costs of the proceedings.

The Company, together with its legal counsel, will assess any further actions deemed appropriate to protect its rights and interests.
