“Golden Power” clearance for the acquisition of CTMAVIO

Mare Group has received the “Golden Power” approval from the Presidency of the Council of Ministers for the acquisition of CTMAVIO, announced on July 24.

The closing, initially scheduled for November, is now expected by the end of September: a useful acceleration for integration and development in the UAV sector.

CTMAVIO brings to Mare Group its own production capabilities for components and structures for engines, aircraft, and drones: metals and composite materials, surface treatments, assembly, and quality control, with five plants in Italy. This complements the engineering, software, and UAV systems capabilities already within the scope of the company.
