EasyGo Acquires EMM Systems

EasyGo Srl, the search fund created by Mare Group in partnership with Borgosesia, has acquired EMM Systems Srl, a company specializing in the development of software platforms for digital supply chain management, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector.

This is EasyGo’s first investment in the Mare Group Engineering Hub’s growth strategy, enhancing the integration of skills and market opportunities.
