Agreement to acquire a 51% stake in GMSPAZIO

Mare Group has signed an agreement to acquire 51% of the share capital of GMSPAZIO, an Italian technology company active since 2005 in the space and defence domains.

GMSPAZIO develops proprietary platforms with expertise in radar analysis, space domain awareness, satellite remote sensing, missile defence and space mission simulation.

Through this transaction, Mare Group strengthens its capabilities in complex systems for Aerospace & Defence, integrating proprietary expertise in space technologies and Dual Use applications.
