The project is part of the National Operational Plan – Smart Factory: the latter term refers to the set of all the technologies and industrial systems necessary for the creation of an interconnection of machines with each other and the interconnection between the human operator with the automatic systems. In the project, attention is focused on the creation of tools, models, and methodologies available to factory systems that favour the synergy between man and machine, enhancing the human contribution and not replacing it.
