The project stems from the idea that similar companies in terms of industrial and market characteristics can have very different economic “performances” due to the different ability to valorise their Intangible Capital (IC).
Starting from this assumption, the IMMATERIA project intends to develop an innovative sw platform capable of automatically proposing an industrial investment plan in R&D and Innovation to recover the competitive gap with similar companies but with better economic performance due to better valorisation of its intangible assets. From a practical point of view, the sw platform allows, by entering a company’s VAT number, to automatically propose a document that describes the company’s competitive positioning in its reference market, the differences in terms of performance industrial compared to the Best in Class and the investments necessary to increase its Intangible Capital (intellectual, innovation, relational, brand reputation, etc…), with the aim of recovering the competitive gap.
