The project intends to implement a digital health application for the management and clinical governance of patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer, supporting the return to their “living environment”, monitoring the course of the disease in the post-treatment phase and subsequent FOLLOW-UP, and interacting with the nodes of the territorial oncological network.
